Cancellations

  • All sales of Big Dog Natural products or merchandise are final. If your order is incorrect, incomplete or does not meet the specifications of your purchase, Big Dog Natural will refund or replace your order (excluding shipping fees.)

  • Incomplete orders should be notified within a week. Quality issues should be notified within a month by e-mail.

  • AutoShip orders are prepared in advance and we need to receive a cancellation notice at least 2 business days before the scheduled processing date.

  • In any other case, a restock and/or cancellation fee of 20% will be charged, and if the order has already been sent, shipping and redirecting fees will also be included.
