- Any change or cancellation of your order has to be sent to us at least 2 days prior to the shipping date.
- AutoShip discount can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- Get 10% off your first AutoShip order and get 5% off on all following orders.

Setting up the Big Dog Natural AutoShip program is very easy.
Just place an order as you normally would.
At checkout, in the AutoShip signup box on top, select “Yes, I’m in. Sign me up for AutoShip”
Choose the Frequency you want your AutoShip to get shipped out, confirm with the button and you’re done.
You now can proceed with your checkout. You don’t need to worry about the 40% off coupon, since it gets applied automatically.
You’ll get 10% OFF on your initial Autoship order, and after that, you’ll receive 5% off on all future Autoship orders.
Your credit card will be charged automatically on the date the order will get shipped. There’s no need to call or update anything online.
No, there are no additional AutoShip fees. The shipping fees are calculated like with any regular order, which means there is free shipping starting at 16lbs or a flat rate shipping of $10 for all other shipments.
We’ll send an email with your upcoming Autoship order. This also is clearly marked in your account and can be found by going to your last order.
