on orders 16 lbs or more
Orders under that are subject to a Flat Rate of $10.
In general we ship with UPS. Smaller orders are shipped with USPS.
UPS delivery times typically are next (business) day for the North East, 3 to 4 days for Florida and middle America, 5 to 7 days for the West Coast.
Rates for Hawaii and Alaska vary from the above and depend on the weight.

From 2 to 6 lbs = $10
From 8 to 10 lbs = $15
From 12 to 20 lbs = $20
From 22 to 30 lbs = $30
From 32 to 40 lbs = $40
From 42 to 50 lbs = $50
Important note
1. Preparation for delivery usually takes 1 business day and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time
2. All packages have specific tracking information.
3. You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number.
4. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into My Account. Click on “My Orders” to obtain the tracking number.
Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received.
Return and cancellation policy
All sales of Big Dog Natural products or merchandise are final. If your order is incorrect, incomplete or does not meet the specifications of your purchase, Big Dog Natural will refund or replace your order (excluding shipping fees).
Incomplete products should be notified within a week. Quality issues should be notified within a month by email.
AutoShip orders are prepared in advance and we need to receive a cancellation notice
at least 2 business days before the scheduled processing date.
In any other case, a restock and/or cancellation fee of 20% will be charged, and if the order has already been sent,
also the initial shipping and redirecting fees.
